Normal Service - Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Is Included Within All Displayed Pricing
We deliver to UK addresses only by several Royal Mail delivery options.
We wish to be very open about the use of the term "Free Delivery". This simply means no delivery fee is added at our checkout* and the prices you see are what you pay as you add products to the basket. The price you see is the price you pay*. Delivery is included*, not an additional fee at our checkout unless you wish to upgrade to a faster delivery service. *Excludes Channel Islands.
Royal Mail Delivery Times (as per their website)
Royal Mail quote the following delivery times for the 3 services we offer.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - Delivery aim of 3 to 5 working days including Saturdays ( included as standard )
Royal Mail 1st Class - Delivery aim of 1 to 2 working day including Saturdays ( £1.49 charge )
Royal Mail 24 Hour & Tracked - Delivery aim of next working day including Saturdays ( £2.49 charge )
(Please note that 1st Class & Tracked is not a guaranteed next day delivery service)
Do allow extra delivery time during busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Christmas periods.
Our daily dispatch cut off is 4pm daily, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm will be sent next working day.
Please allow additional time during periods of bad weather and other transport disruptions.
Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, if your package has not arrived within the allotted time period, please allow 10 days for your order to arrive before contacting us, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot take up an issue with Royal Mail until 10 working days have elapsed . We have little control over your order once it leaves our warehouse. After the 10 days have elapsed please contact us within 30 days of your order date to allow us to reprocess and investigate your order. Orders that are outside of the 30 day period cannot be claimed.
If you have filed a claim for lost in post and order not received we may ask you to fill in a "confirmation of non receipt of goods form". This will help us investigate further for your parcel and deal with the authorities in helping to locate your parcel with the posting authorities, security or police.
We dispatch Monday to Friday with daily cut off at 4pm, meaning we aim to dispatch all order received before 4pm same day.
Channel Islands & Offshore Deliveries
Deliveries outside the UK mainland may incur additional delivery fees as detailed at our checkout.
We are now able to refund VAT on Channel Island & Gibraltar orders via an email request on delivery of the order. The request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Trade Counter & Local Collections
Our trade counter is open Monday to Friday 2pm to 5pm for local collections. Please select the "Trade Counter Pickup" option at our checkout and await your ready to collect email that will follow the order confirmation email.
