I have been buying Internet Ink products since May 2010 and have found the staff very helpful and courteous at all times with nothing too much trouble for them.\
The printers I've bought ink for, cover HP Officejet Pro K550, Lexmark X1150 and Epson Stylus SX130 and the inks are just as good, if not better, than the originals. Whenever the ink cartridges gave any problems i.e. not being recognised by the printer (which isn't very often) a telephone call to the company usually results in a replacement for the problem cartridge being sent out immediately without any hassle.\
It's when you get problems and how the company handle them that says more about the company and its approach to customers than cheap products. Well done to everyone at Internet Ink.

Since finding \"Internet Ink\" in May 2010 I have found their compatible inks as good as if not better than originals in both HP K550 and Epson SX130 printers. I did have some problems with the cyan cartridge not being recognised by the Epson printer but a telephone call to customer service was dealt with efficiently and a replacement cartridge supplied by the following day. Well done.
